Description
Bristol AQUAPLUS is a non toxic PVA based, water bound semi gloss coating. This product is particularly useful when mixed with the metallic colour range as a binder, this increase the durability and luminosity of the metallic finish. Bristol AQUAPLUS can be mixed with all our paints and works as an extender and conditioner, greatly increasing the surface flexibility when applied to cloth. Bristol AQUAPLUS additive retards drying, extends the wet edge and is especially useful when spraying.
Application
To use AQUAPLUS as an intermix in conjunction with Bristol paint, apply a base colour of Bristol paint. For the final coat, intermix 25% of AQUAPLUS to colour for a more durable finish. To use AQUAPLUS as a top dressing. Stir well before use. Dilute with water to a ratio of 1 : 1 or up to 1 : 2, this depends on the porosity of the substrate and the amount of sheen you require. For a gloss finish use undiluted. Warning: Do not apply in cold conditions or of high humidity.
