Description

• COLOUR MATCHING SERVICE is a unique service offered to you by Bristol (UK) Limited. We can match the entire Pantone colour range (PMS) RAL-F3 and BS4800 as well as any other corporate references.

• COLOURS MIXED TO ORDER We also match any supplied samples, these can be wet or dry paint, print, fabric or swatches. All our colours share the same high qualities and coverage of the standard BRISTOL PAINT range.

• COLOUR ON DEMAND All mixed colours are matched by hand and are usually available within 24 hours.

• Additional durability is achieved by addition of one of a range of specific lacquers and coatings, see AQUALAK, AQUAPLUS and 780 Coating information sheets.

Application

• Ensure surface to be painted is sound, clean and degreased
• Treat new plaster and filled areas with stabilizing solution
• Apply undercoat/primer to new work with Bristol Studio White
• All colours can be diluted with water and intermixed
• Application by brush, roller or conventional / HVLP spray method
• It is recommended two coats be applied, sometimes three in the case of pigments with relatively low covering power. High pigment colours tend to be slightly chalky and unless treated with a binder can be easily marked.

Properties

• Drying Time: Surface will usually be touch dry within 1 hour. Complete bonding process will take approx. 2 days at 20 °C and 50% humidity
• Re-Coat: After 1-2 hours
• Coverage: Approx. 8-10m² per litre (depending on porosity of substrate)
• Adhesion: Excellent on most sound surfaces
• Available sizes: 6kg and 12.5kg buckets
