Description
The FLUORESCENT colours are an exceptional range of UV reactive pigment, water based paints that illuminate under UV/black light sources. The Bristol FLUORESCENT range consists of 9 shades plus invisible blue. These colours can be intermixed with other fluorescents to achieve infinite intermediate shades. The FLUORESCENT colours are ideal for film, TV, Theatre and Visual Merchandising industry projects. Unlit, they are also exceptionally vivid bright colours. A display card of FLUORESCENT colours is available on request. Wet samples of FLUORESCENT colours are available for specific projects. Additional INVISIBLE colours are available to special order only - min size 6kg. Application
Ensure surface to be painted is sound, clean and degreased Treat new plaster and filled areas with a stabilizing solution To achieve full fluorescent potential a white background must be used All colours can be intermixed, dilution will effect performance Application by brush, roller or conventional / HVLP spray method For large areas spraying is recommended
Properties
Drying Time: Surface will usually be touch dry within 1 hour. Complete bonding process will take approx. 2 days at 20 °C and 50 % humidity Re-Coat: After 1-2 hours Coverage: Approx. 8-10m² per litre (depending on porosity of substrate) Adhesion: Excellent on most sound surfaces Available sizes: 1kg, 3 kg, 6kg and 10kg buckets
