Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the terms under which we accept returns and issue refunds.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customised orders or paints made using our colour matching service.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via the contact form with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via the contact form.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us via the contact form to arrange an exchange.
